Implementation

To ensure a successful implementation, the following capacity assessments are undertaken:

  • Infrastructure review of IT software, equipment, processes and procedures
  • Identification of key users and the establishment of working groups
  • Impact Assessment on users who interact with the system
  • Change Management Strategy  to prepare users for implementation
  • Communication and Engagement Plan throughout the implementation process
  • Training from initial workshops to ongoing support
  • Data cleansing and migrating
  • Trailing and testing of the system performance
