Prices are based on a cost recovery only basis for all current and new users.

Prices cover:

• a one off set up cost - licensing fees, server costs, content migration, training, support and technical advice
• an annual ongoing cost - licensing fees, support and technical advice
• customised costs - development or additional modules

Please note:

• 'Insouring' prices are as outlined above
• 'Outsourcing' prices are as outlined above as well as operational fees for managing transactions.
