The eHealth Support Officer Program 2010-2012 (eHSOP) is funded by the Department of Health and Ageing, and has the following aims:
- Delivery of nationally consistent, accurate and timely eHealth messages
- Support eHealth and information management literacy
- Advocacy, representation and stakeholder engagement
- Clinical data quality improvement
- Electronic information sharing, service delivery tools and information sources
- Department of Health and Ageing / AGPN collaborative discussions
- Contribution to national issues register
