eHealth

The eHealth Support Officer Program 2010-2012 (eHSOP) is funded by the Department of Health and Ageing, and has the following aims:

  • Delivery of nationally consistent, accurate and timely eHealth messages
  • Support eHealth and information management literacy
  • Advocacy, representation and stakeholder engagement
  • Clinical data quality improvement
  • Electronic information sharing, service delivery tools and information sources
  • Department of Health and Ageing / AGPN collaborative discussions
  • Contribution to national issues register

The main priorities of the eHSOP are outlined in the following Fact Sheet.
