GPQ hosts three forums per year on behalf of the Queensland Divisions Network. The March and October Forums are available for sponsorship.

These high-profile events bring together divisions and key stakeholders to:

• meet and share new approaches
• identify trends
• debate and discuss contemporary policy issues
• showcase important local and regional initiatives
  
• receive up-to-date state, national and international information

Delegates

Delegates include leaders from the primary health care sector including division CEOs, board directors, program staff and general practitioners and their staff. Other delegates also include key staff from the Australian General Practice Network, Queensland Health, the Department of Health and Ageing and community groups.

Platinum Sponsorship Package $11,000

Our Platinum Sponsorship Package provides the highest level of exposure and representation of two Forums. Entitlements of each Forum (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) may include:

• recognition as a sponsor within the:
  
  • Program Guide (includes company logo on front cover)
• GPQ Forum webpage, with a link to your website


• main PowerPoint presentation template


• acknowledgement of sponsorship:
  • included in the GPQ staff email signature block
  • included in regular e-newsletters / updates sent to 250+ recipients
  • during the Opening Speech and Closing Address ceremonies
    
• provide a display stand / freestanding banner in the main room


• one 1800 x 900 dressed table with signage


• a 32" LCD screen and laptop to screen a PowerPoint presentation (on the table)


• one full page A4 colour promotional sheet printed and distributed by GPQ


• four complimentary delegate registrations to promote your products or services

Gold Sponsorship Package $4,400

Our Gold Sponsorship Package provides prominent exposure at one Forum (Friday and Saturday). Entitlements may include:

• recognition as a sponsor (with logo) on the:
  • Program Guide
  • GPQ Forum webpage, with a link to your website
• acknowledgement of sponsorship:
  • included in regular e-newsletters/updates sent to 250+ recipients
  • verbal acknowledgement by the forum facilitators
• provide a display stand / freestanding banner near the registration area


• one 1800 x 900 dressed table with signage


• 100-word profile printed and distributed by GPQ


• two complimentary delegate registrations to promote your products or services

Silver Sponsorship Package $3,300 - networking events

Promote your company’s profile by sponsoring a networking event during one Forum (Thursday afternoon, CEOs Thursday night dinner*, Friday afternoon, Board Directors training/dinner*). Entitlements are event-based and may include:

• recognition as a sponsor (with logo) on the:
  • Program Guide
  • GPQ Forum webpage, with a link to your website
• acknowledgement of sponsorship by the facilitator prior to the social event


• provide a display stand / freestanding banner at the social event


• provide a freestanding banner for the social event (if appropriate)**


• a 32" LCD screen and laptop for a PowerPoint presentation during the social event**


• 100-word profile printed and distributed by GPQ


• two complimentary delegate registration to social event (if appropriate)


• a sponsor-supplied Lucky Prize presented by the sponsor to the winner

*Attendance of sponsors may be restricted due to confidentiality
**This entitlement may not be appropriate if social event is held at a restaurant or bar (usually a private room is used)

Bronze Sponsorship Package $1,650

Sponsor a Refreshment Break, Lunch, Speaker, printing of Program Guides, printing of name tags etc during one Forum. Entitlements may include:

•  recognition as a sponsor (with logo) on the:
  • Program Guide
  • GPQ Forum webpage, with a link to your website
• acknowledgement of sponsorship by the facilitator during the Forum

$In-kind Contribution - one item per sponsor

As part of your acquired sponsorship you can also provide your company’s branded promotional material in the form of note pads, pens, lanyards, USB sticks, coffee cups, mouse pads, promotional DVDs, other stationery for delegates to use.
