Queensland Primary Mental Health Care Collaborative (QPMHCC)

Overview

The Queensland Primary Mental Health Care Collaborative (QPMHCC) exists to form stronger links between member stakeholders around primary mental health care issues.  It aims to:

  • Provide a forum for discussion of key primary mental health care (PMHC) issues and priorities;
  • Identify opportunities for partnership;
  • Promote a shared commitment to collaboration;
  • Understand and respect each other’s roles and perspectives.

The QPMHCC’s role has recently been expanded so that it is now the reference group for the Partners in Mind framework implementation project, see www.partnersinmind.com.au  for further information.  The Collaborative meets every six to eight weeks.
