The GPQ Board currently consists of six divisional GP members and two appointed directors with skills in health, community engagement and marketing.

The Board undertakes several face-to-face meetings throughout the year and determines the direction and policy framework for GPQ.

Areas of Interests:  Governance, change management, medico-politics, financial management, medical education; family practice

Experience:  Board member of St Vincent's and Holy Spirit Health and the Quality Improvement Council, member of the Social Security Appeals Tribunal and Legal Practice Tribunal (Queensland)

Areas of interests:  Strategic marketing within not for profit and social sectors through use of social marketing

Experience:  Principal in General Practice in Toowoomba, Board Director GP Connections, Senior Medical Educator CSQTC, Communications Review NPS, Educator/Presenter - Cognitive Institute, Medical Protection Society. Senior lecturer University of Queensland

General practice, medical education, risk management, governance

Ms Patrice Cafferky

Experience:  Practice manager and practice nurse in Calamvale, graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Board Chair of SouthEast Primary HealthCare Network, Director of Greater Metro South Brisbane Medicare Local, member of the Australian Association of Practice Managers and Australian Practice Nurses Association

Areas of interests: 
National Health Reform, management in clinical and commercial environments, governance and accountability
