Your diet and lifestyle play an important role in your bowel health. Keep your bowels healthy by:

- Eating nutritious diet including five serves of vegetables and two serves of fruits per day
- Maintaining a healthy body weight
- Participating in moderate to vigorous levels of physical activity for 30 to 60 minutes per day
